Villa details

 NEW for 2022: We have heating available for pool if needed. Early or late season - £100 per week extra.

Ideal for a family holiday or getaway for two or three couples, Villa Zarif can sleep up to 6 people; is set in pretty, well-maintained gardens and features a private pool terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs for alfresco dining and barbeque.

WiFi included 

For dedicated sunbathers there are sunbeds on the large roof terrace which is also furnished with comfortable seating.

Transfers and Car Hire: Airport transfers can be arranged for you or we can recommend trusted companies.

There are plenty of options for a day out. Choose from one of the well-run local beach clubs or the beaches, Kaputas, Patara or Kalkan. We will provide the information and phone numbers for you. 

A welcome pack including English tea bags, Nescafe sachets, sugar, semi skimmed milk, bread, butter, jam, juice, big water for cooler, 2 dishwasher tablets, sponge, washing up liquid

We can arrange for other items to be available on arrival at cost.

All bed linen and bath towels/mats are included.

The villa will be cleaned and all towels and bed linen changed at the end of each week.

The pool will be cleaned each morning.

The two king size bedrooms on the first floor benefit from air conditioning, en-suite shower rooms and multiple balconies giving pool or mountain views.

The twin room (ground floor) can also be made up as a king sized double and benefits from air conditioning and an ensuite shower room.

The roof terrace room doubles as a bedroom, with a small double sofabed, washing facilities. Please note this can be very hot in the middle of the summer. There is ample seating on the roof terrace.

There is a travel cot which can also be useful as a safety pen on the pool terrace for very small children.

The open plan lounge features air conditioning unit modern comfortable L-shaped sofa, with built-in sofa bed, and the modern kitchen features a large fridge freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher and 10 sets of crockery and cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils and equipment.

All bed linen, bath towels and bath mats are provided. Changeover day is flexible to fit with flights.

We do provide pool towels.

Further details outdoors

The 32sqm private pool set in a terrace and gardens with sunbeds and space for alfresco dining.

There is off-road parking, although we have always managed without hiring a car.

The perimeter and pool lighting create atmospheric evenings for eating alfresco. 

The garden is home to some ancient olives, pomegranate trees and the occasional baby tortoise has been spotted.
